Returning & Replacement & Refund

    At SeasonLee,returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. So we've got you covered!Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process.

     

    Return Process:

    Email Us:
    • Contact Us (Email: support@seasonlee.com) and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.

     

    Suggestion:
    • Professional suggestions will be offered.And our service team will provide you with detailed instructions.

     

    Return the Goods:
    • Put the item(s) in the original packaging and return by post.

     

    Refund or Exchanged:
    • Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.

     

    Please Pay Attention:

    • We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first via email (support@seasonlee.com).
    • Any addresses on the parcel are not the return address, please contact the customer service to provide you the correct return address.
    • Order Returned without an authorized return address from customer service staff will not be refunded.
    • Clearance products do not support return and exchange. (For example,a page or collection named with "Clearance" or a product with "Clearance" in the title)

    Contact our Support Center (Email: support@seasonlee.com) as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations. If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item.You can report it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items outside the 14 days warranty time-frame.
    • Used or misused items.

     

    Returns:

    • Please contact us within 14 days starting from the day you have received your order.
    • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:Specials, clearance items are non-returnable.
    • Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging.We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
    • We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our return staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.


    Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment between 7 to 15 days.
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
    • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.Shipping costs for the returned packages are non-refundable. SeasonLee cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any cost not paid to SeasonLee. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
    • Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products.

     

    Return Shipping Costs & Address:

    • Please be sure to contact our after-sales customer service to get the specific address of the return.
    • All shipping cost are at the customer's expense. This includes shipping costs for a return or exchange.Shipping costs are non-refundable. We kindly recommend you carefully check the size information and confirm all your order details before placing the order from the courier.
    • Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping cost. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.


    Order Cancellation:
    We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from contact us once you decide to cancel the order. We will not accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.
